Suites at Peter Street Condos have ceiling heights of nine feet with panoramic floor to ceiling windows, flat smooth ceiling finish, choice of quality engineered wood flooring, and custom designed solid core entry doors.
Kitchens are where creativity flourishes, and will include a stainless steel appliance package, a cabinet-panel integrated dishwasher, and an integrated-finish refrigerator. The kitchen cabinetry is custom designed by Cecconi Simone.
Bathrooms include porcelain floor tiles, contemporary cabinetry, and ¾” composite quartz countertop with designer sink and polished chrome faucet. Showers have framed glass enclosure, and bathtubs contain glass tile accent.
All suites come with a front loading stacked washer/dryer and each suite will also have individual hydro metering.
